Coach blows whistle, each team sends out as many players as whistle blows. Players need to skate around the nets and race for a puck at center ice. Play game until goal is scored, goalie covers or puck is sent out of play.

Coach should vary the number of players. Puck can also be positioned in different areas of the ice.
