Set up for lanes divided by pylons shown in orange on the diagram.

In first lane set up pylons for tight turns, pylons shown in black. Coach sets up in pylons to coach players through tight turns.

In 2nd lane have players execute an open ice carry, push puck with one hand on the stick followed by a couple of stick handles. Coach in position to reinforce instructions

In 3rd lane have players skate backwards.

In 4th lane have players execute 2 bank passes to themselves and then weave through a pylon minefield. Take a shot on net and then tap goal post with their stick.
