Break-out 1 on 0 with Defense shot

Drill Diagram

Description

Use the entire ice for this drill:
1. F soft dumps the puck into the corner and starts to swing low for a break-out pass and goes down on a 1 on 0.
2. D skates for the dumped shot and passes it to the F that dumped it in and follows the play into the other end.
3. Puck carrying F takes a shot on net and then swings to the corner for a puck to pass to the following D then drives the net for a screen.
4. D recieves the pass drags it back and takes a shot on net with F screening the goalie.

5. At the start of the drill F on the opposite side of the ice swings low and skates hard into the NZ to recieve a pass from the D. The same drill then happens at the other end of the ice. The only difference is that it doesn't start with a dump in, just a tape to tape pass.

Drill starts at the other end of the ice on coaches whistle with a soft dump in.
