RMU 2-on-2 Flow Drill

Drill Diagram

Description

You can vary how you want to the forwards and D to begin. Implement your own 2-on-2 breakout.

The drill begins when F1 and F2 go against the D1 and D2 2-on-2. As the play enters the offensive zone, 2 additional forwards (F3 & F4) and 2 additional D (D3 & D4) join the play.

D3 & D4 join with F1 & F2 in the offensive zone. F3 & F4 join in and attempt to break the puck out of the zone. F3 & F4 then go back the opposite way 2-on-2 against D3 & D4. The play continues and a perpetual 2-on-2 ensues.
