1. players will line up in the corners. 1 player from each side will start at the same time and skate to the blue line and along it and back to corner where the other players are lined up.(along the lines players skating towards the bench will stay outside of lines/right side and the other player skating away from bench will stay on left side.
2. players will then skate to the red line and do the same pattern back to the corners.
3 the players will now skate to far end and receive a pass from the coach and go shoot on net.
4 as the players leave the corners to go shoot at the other end. the next set of players will start the drill.
5. when all players reach the far end of the ice, they will do the drill back but only skating along the blue line then go and shoot on the goalie at the near end.
