Defense will skate hard around the net and make a breakout pass to forward breaking out up the wall. The forward will make a direct pass to the other forward supporting in the middle. That forward will skate down and shoot and stop at the net. The first forward will break off in to the opposite line. The defenseman will skate down the ice and receive a pass from a coach in the corner for a shot. Both players will then back check back to the starting end.
