Play 5 forecheckers vs. 3 players breaking the puck out. Coach dumps the puck into the zone.
3 players break the puck out only through the center. CENTER MUST STAY BETWEEN THE DOTS!

D'S can go D to D as many times as they want before passing to the Center.

Forecheck team gets to position early. F1 pressures puck, F2 stays on the center. LD and F3 fill their side of the ice. RD plays at the blueline in the middle.
On D to D pass, F1 quickly retreats to opponents C. F2 waits until F1 gets to them before they pressure D2. FC team works on quick rotations.
