3 man cycle

Start in offensive triangle
F1 pickus up a puck behind the net and skates up the boards
F1 can pass to F3 or pass back off the boards to F2
Coach continue to pressure puck and take passing lane, forcing the cycle
Coach opens up the passing lane and forward with the puck has to see the pass and break the cycle

2 man cycle

F4 and F5 enter the zone, F4 picks up the puck in the corner and skates up the boards. He can pass to F5 breaking for the net or back pass off the boards to him in the corner.
Coach should cover the pass to force the cycle.
After a few cycles, the coach opens up the passing lane and player should recognize to break the cycle.
