forward starts from teh corner and passes out to D give and go
forward skate around cone for one on one
Defense skates with forward and times pivot to defend against forward on one on one
BOTH corners at once go.

Notes: forward must skate around cone and stay on that half of ice
Defense must skate to the cone and stay with forward
