1. Coach passes to F1 to start.
2. D1 jumps out to play 1 vs 1 vs F1.
3. On whistle from Head Coach, F2 moves to open ice for pass from corner coach.
4. F2 goes length of ice vs D2 who followed original 1 vs 1 into zone.
5. D1 joins F2 on rush with F1 back checking.
6. Next whistle starts F3 vs D3 with F2 back checking on D2.

Notes: 1. F's Breakout, Attack, Back check, Rest.
D's Defend Rush, Attack, Rest.
2. Game can be played in positionally non-specific mode.
3. Play without whistle: use cue like shot on net or stick check starts F.
Progressions
1. 2 vs 1 to 3 vs 3...Two F's receive pass from corner coach.
2. Add 2 vs 1 Net Play before resuming drill: C spots puck behind net for F4, who feeds F1 in front.
3. Move D to corners to replace Coaches.
4. Add point shot before whistle that starts F2.
