Players and coaches line up as indicated.
Players o1 and x1 get a puck from coaches and move cross ice for a shot on net (fluid motion, no stopping for a shot).
o1 and x1 become goalies and goalies move directly up the boards to the back of line for their opportunity for a shot on net.

Notes: Variation: x1 & x2 (o1 & o2) complete 2 on 0 to the net for
shot on net and both move up boards to end of
line on opposite side and goalies switch every
five shots.
