Drill is conducted simultaneously on both sides of the ice. Forwards line up along the wall on the goal line, defencemen line up several feet inside of the forwards. On the coach's whistle, the forward skates with the puck up the boards and circles around a neutral zone cone. Defenseman also skates up ice pivoting around an inner cone in the neutral zone. Forward then goes one-on-one against the defenseman down the slot to try to score.
