STA 1 - WAZ/DEAN - Players weave through pylons with puck then Pass to coach. Players receive pass from coach and take shot on net. players continue to skate to pylon, pivot, skate backwards to next pylon pivot, skate forwards back to end of line

Station 2 - JEFF/VITALY - Players are divided into two teams. On the whistle, players skate around their designated cone and compete for the puck. Player who wins puck continues on with a shot on the goal. Player that losses MUST play defence. Stress not giving up!!

Station 3 - JAMES - This drill is a zoned game. Players are seperated
into OFF and DEF tactics.Players are not allowed to cross the line. Once a goal is scored teams change positions and start again. Can use Defence sticks upside down to help forward with scoring
