1. Players split into 2 groups and queue up in opposite corners of the rink.

2. On the whistle, the coach will point to a queue. 3 players from the chosen queue will set off and skate the diagrammed route.

3. This continues until all players are in the other corners. If the coach wishes he can continue the drill back again.
