3 lines at the goal line.
first player in line will play off. will skate out with a puck to the far cones, tight turn around cone, and back in to score.
Second player in each line will skate out to close cone, pivot to bkwds, and play Def against first player.

Notes: Go hard for a couple of reps, then give the players a breath by teaching/discussing techniques to use for either side.

Players run through both as Off and Def players.
