2 on 1 station: (8 mins)

Players divided into 3 groups, 2 (X) groups in the corner, 1 group (D) behind goal line (goalie circle). First skater in the corner X1 skates full speed to far pylon, around pylon and coach and comes back in for 2 on 1 situation. Once X1 hits blue line, both D1 and X2 start. D1 skates forward full speed to pylon at blue line, pivots and skates backwards taking 2 on 1 and playing the pass (ie slightly angled towards X1). X2 skates full speed to low pylon, accepts pass from coach before pylon, tight turn around pylon, proceeds with X1 for the 2 on 1, trying to draw defenseman in to make pass to X1 then player with puck takes shot on net or passes it back to other player. Players switch sides, never behind net.
