Description

1) Iron Cross
Sprint to top of circle, stop, BW to dot, stop, lateral to R hash, stop, lateral to L hash, stop, lateral to dot, stop, BW to bottom of circle, stop, accelerate to BlueLine

2) Basic Pivots
Using center ice circle, BW to bottom of circle, pivot FW to RedLine, pivot BW to bottom of circle, pivot FW to RedLine, repeat for 25 seconds

3) Escape Pivot (w/ Puck)
Start at NeutralZone dot, BW into DefensiveZone, pivot away from pressure to FW, up to BlueLine, pivot BW then pivot FW and clear zone

4) Agility (w/ Puck)
Sprint to bottom cone, lateral cross- or step-overs to top cone and back to bottom cone, then using crossovers, carry puck around sticks up ice

5) Lateral(w/ Puck)
Skate with puck around stick, then back around bottom cone (below the cone) and then through remaining cones up ice

Notes: 2 minutes at each station for a total of 10 minutes at each practice;

Can add shots at end of Iron Cross or Agility/Lateral stations
