- Take puck around the cones skating full speed and shooting on the net after rounding the last cone
- Watch for traffic in tight area (heads up)
- Give and Go with Coach (centre ice and slot area)
- Replace Coach with player for give and goes
- Reverse direction after 5 minutes
- Switch goalies when reverse direction
