Forwards and Defensemen line up next to each other on the goal line with the forwards having inside position. On the coach's whistle, forward and defenseman each accelerate to the neutral zone and turn tightly around separate cones. Forward attempts to get to the slot for a shot before being caught by the pursuing defenseman
