STA 1 - On the whistle, players skate around circle forwards and transition to backwards at the bottom cone. Players skate backwards then transition forwards to compete for puck. Battle until a player gets a shot on net.

STA 2 - On whistle, players navigate forward through cones and compete to get the puck. Battle until a player gets a shot on net

STA 3 - Angling - On whistle players start together with O skating and angling player into boards..Def must impede progress of player. Teach puck to be infront of player

STA 4 - Puck protect - Players partner up and play protect the puck. O uses body to
protect the puck from X change after each whistle or if player touches puck.. NO STICKS
