X1-X8 line up evenly along the face off dots. Other players line up behind X5 and X1 and wait for their rotation. X1-8 randomly pass puck. Tight and fast. On whistle, X4 and X8 will skate around the cone and 1st one in the chute receives a pass from whomever had the puck last,the other follows him in and they drive the net together, shoot and go for the rebound.

They will then get in line at X11 or X10 and all players move one position fwd and repeat. So X7 becomes X8 and so on.
