Set up in positions. D1 has the puck. On whistle D1, D2, and F1 try to get out of the zone. When the coach blows the whistle D1, D2, F1 are done(go to bench). F2 and F3 race to net to score. 5 forcheckers become backcheckers and gain control of puck, breakout and change. F2 and F3 continue trying to score. On breakout, breakaway player trys to score other 4 go to bench. When scored or frozen player hustles to the bench. New line becomes forcheckers (Black). Old black become Red. D's and F's(Old Red)are off.
