Battle Drill: D1 starts on one knee. On whistle F1 tries to cut to the net (not behind the net) and score while D1 attempts to stop him

Passing Drill: X1 skates with puck 2/3 down the ice and passes to O1. X1 takes his spot. O1 skates down and passes to X2. The drill is continues . You can add a net and incorporate a shot.

Shooting: X4 skates hard around the top of the circle, X3 makes hard pass and X4 shoots
