X1 skates out to blue line across the blue line in and out of pylons comes down and shoots.
X2 goes to red line, does the same comes back and shoots
Simultaneously X3 and X4 do the same.
Goalies track the shooters and work on lateral movement to pick up the shooters.
Switch corners after each shot.
Reverse hi low shooters after 5 minutes so the goalies are tracking left - right and then right to left.
