Players play 3 v 3 cross ice. In order to transfer from defense to offense and shoot 3 players must regroup behind cones. All three players must come back behing the cones before attacking. Opposing team cannot attack behind the cones.

Notes: Suggest a 1 - 2 forecheck for defensive team after transition to put thought in head.
