forwards and defence lne up across from each other. Forwards skate up ice and pass to defence on the boards. Defence pinching the boards with their bodies. Defence skate out with the puck passing back to the forwards who then go up ice in a 2 on one withthe defence man from the opposite side who skates around the center circle to meet up with the forwards.

Notes: Defence to remember to stay in the middle allowing the goalie to face the shooter and cutting of any passses to the open player.Forwards to use all the ice.
