Pucks at centre with Defence , forwards equally in opposite corner

*D1 starts with pass to F1 in corner , pivots and skates backward .
* F1 from corner moves up ice and exchanges passes with D1.
* Once insde below top of circle , passes to F2 moving up far boards
* F1 breaks to far boards for direct / chip pass from F2 and takes puck for shot on net
*F2 follows and receives pass from coach while F1 attempts screen deflection
*D follows last and receives pass from coach , moves laterally to centre of ice and takes point shot with first two players in position for screen / deflection of goalie.

All play last shot until goal/goalie smother or whistle.

Next rep starts with X and D from opposite side

*D2 steps up into on blue line to defend. F1 breaks across to support F2 for direct pass or chip pass around D2. F1 , F2 , work 2-1 for shot on net. D1 follows play and gets pass from coach for point shot with F1 F2 in front of net.

* F1 from corner moves up ice and exchanges passes with D1.
* Once insde below top of circle , passes to F2 moving up far boards
* Two D step out . First times pivots and angles forward to boards for hit, second inline behind first plays 2-1 with trailer
* F2 reads play and banks pass off boards behind D2
F1 supports and skates at directly At D2 to pick-up chipped puck.
* D1 trails and supports play and breaks in 2-0 with F1
D2 back checks and trys to break-up play . Alow play to reasonably continue
