-D starts skating backwards, coach dumps a puck into the corner, D pivots does a shoulder check and either wheels behind the net or does a quick up.
-F1 goes to the board and curls for the break out pass.
-F2 curls infront of the net for the break out pass.
-All 3 go down the ice, forwards get a shot on net and the shooter picks up a puck and passes it back to the D.
-Forwards go to the net while the D shoots.
