Simple Give n Go

X1 passes to O1, O1 returns hard pass back to X1

X1 loops past the blue line, turns and goes in for shot

Switch sides so all players are passing backhand/forehand as well as turning in both directions

Notes: The focus of this drill is three fold:

1) Passes need to be hard and accurate

2) Once the X1 makes initial pass, he skates at take at full speed to forcing O1 to make crisp pass in motion

3) Hard shot at top of slot
