#3 - 8 mins (2X forward and if time permits do it backwards)

Players start at goal line, forward to 1st pylon, lift right leg and tight turn around pylon using left leg, outside edge use stick for direction and balance, then to next pylon, lift left leg and tight turn around pylon using right leg, outside edge - continue through all pylons, then speed around far pylon and return to corner full speed and extended strides.

#4 8 mins

3 players (O) line up against board. Split remaining players into 2 groups, 1 in corner (O) and the other group behind goal crease (X). Player X starts with puck, passes to first player, skates forward to receive pass, then passes to 2nd player, then continues skating to receive last pass and then passes it to last player (O), then last player takes off with puck for 1 on 1 battle against his passer towards net for shot or deke on goalie, players (O) move up one, and other players return to line up behind goal line, switching sides.
