PASS AND FOLLOW
When F2 calls for puck F1 passes same with F3, F4, and F5 for a hard one timer
Each F follows his pass with speed to the next position
Teach F2 to be on boards with skate on boards so puck bounces out to stick.


FULL SPEED PASS TO SLOT
Both Xs leave at same time.
X1 passes hard to coach and coach passes back. X1 hard down the outside
X2 times himself so he does not go offside, explodes to slot and calls for pass STICK ON ICE
One timer
Replace Coach with X if the passes are hard and on tape

Notes: Coach can put pressure on X1 going down the outside.
Switch sides
