Player 1 skates diagonally from blue line to corner pivoting once to his right and then to his left.
Once at the bottom of face-off circle, player sharp turns and skates to the blue line.
At blue line cross-over to center of the ice.
Skate to red line and cross-overs to board.
Player goes to the end of line 2.

Notes: During game warm-up, players can form two lines at same end of rink.
