Position Forwards along red line at opposite sides of ice with pucks. D are lined up on opposite blue lines as shown.

On whistle D skates to neutral zone dot and pivots. As soon as D pivots F takes off. F and D execute a one on one. Run on both sides of ice and switch half way through

Switch sides half way through drill.
