Line up players on inner side of face off circles as shown. 2 lines on each side with Forwards and Defense in separate lines.

Coach dumps pucks on one side. D goes back to retrieve and pivots. F1 gets to hash marks, F2 delays loop but comes under F1 within the face off dot. F1 passes to F2 and they exit the zone. F1 and F2 loop around dot and go to other line. D comes out of zone pivots and skates backwards to line on other side.

Progression - Introduce coach to play passive D
Progression - Coach takes away center pass and forces winger to chip off boards (Ensure center is calling play)
