This is a continuous drill that teaches players breakouts, dump in's, and changes

Starts: X dumps puck in and goes off

1) 2 X's pursue O's for a 2 vs 3.
2) Once O's gain possession, X's must sprint back to "bench" for line change of 3 X's
3) O's must make one pass before leaving zone and the O that carries the puck across the center line must dump in and peel off
