-Players do not need sticks
-Coach places sticks on 2 cones (See diagram) to create course
-Players guides the puck with their skates through cones
-Players skates around the cones to get puck on other side
-Players kick the puck in goal between last cones
-Plays do cross-overs on red line to center and then skate backwards to starting point.

Notes: Players skate along center red line back to starting point
