F1 starts by passing to D1, D1 skates backwards to the top of the circle, 1 skates toward the middle of the ice, then pivots backwards (to always face the puck) and gets a "regroup" pass back from D1. F1 heads up ice and shoots on net, then positions himself in front for a tip/rebound on the shot from D2. D1 follows the play up ice and breaks around the far cone and receives a pass from D4. D1 shoots on net where F2 tips/rebounds.

Drill runs from both ends simultaneously.
