-Player X and Player O will start on the coaches whistle.
-Player X will weave through the cones with a puck and pass to the coach after cone 4. Then Player X will skate across the rink and around cone 5, receiving a return pass from the coach and breaking into the zone to try and shoot on the net.
-Player O will skate backwards from beside the coach until the goal line. Then Player O will pivot forward around cone 6 and skate behind the net, then up and around cone 7. Player O will pivot backwards and play as the defender attempting to stop Player X from shooting the puck.
-Both players will continue battling for the puck until either the coach blows his whistle or Player X scores. If Player O shoots the puck down the rink, Player X should go get another puck from the corner and continue until the coach blows the whistle or he/she scores.
