1. Full Speed
2. Stops and Starts on whistle (2 whistles all the way down and next group starts)
3. Tight Turns (2 whistles all the way down and next group starts)
4. Forwards stop - backwards stop - forwards (until 2 whistles to go all the way down)
5. Straight down ice and switch between forwards and backwards skating in straight line
