Set nets & players up as shown, top circle 3 on 2 and bottom circle 3 on 1

Players pass the puck around the circle at least 3 passes then they must look for a passing lane for a one time shot. All forwards must stay aware because a pass could come at anytime.

The defensive players can not touch the puck outside the circle and the offensive players can not touch the puck inside the circle

If the defensive player gets the puck he just gives it back to the forwards and they start the 3 passes again before taking a shot.

Drill continues for 45 second as fast paced as possible then switch players out
