Set nets & players as shown. On the whistle the first player in each line takes off with a puck and skates a loop into their corner, as they are leaving the corner they do a back hand pass along the boards back into the corner.

After the players have drop passed they skate to the pile of puck take one and go for a shot on goal, after shot is taken players return tho opposite lines.

Once the first player passes the goal line the second players in each line take off and skate the same path as the first skater but without a puck, the second players pick up the puck in the corner and proceed to do the same thing the first players did again leaving a drop pass back in the corner and go take a shot.

This is a continuous drill

Notes: I like to do this drill when the goalies have no sticks and are forced to stay on their feet and work on their angles
