Position Forwards at the blueline at opposite sides as shown. Position 2 D along each blueline.

Forwards start with pucks. F1 initiates drill by passing puck to D4 on opposite blueline, D4 makes pass to D3. F1 loops through neutral zone to far boards while F2 delays and then also loops through the neutral zone. D3 passes to F2 in neutral zone and then F2 passes to F1. F1 and F2 go in for shot on net.

Run both sides at the same time.
