- Position pylons at all of the face off dots except the center ice dot.
- Line up players in one corner as shown
- Have players weave through the pylons as shown executing tight turns

Progression
- Have players skate through course with a puck (focus on arm position for the tight turns)
- With puck have players keep it on their forhand
- Have players go through course backwards.
