- Drill begins with a low 3 on 2 from the corner
- Three forwards at top of circles ready for full ice 3 on 2
- On whistle, 3 on 2 begins and the low forwards become Back checkers
- The low defensemen follow play up the ice
- Play 5 on 5 in the far end zone until second whistle
