-skate with puck around pile ons
-drive and shoot on net
-after shot pick up puck make pass to coach
-skate around face-off circle, recieve pass from coach
-drive and shoot on net

station 2
-skate forwards, backwards, left and right cross overs according to coaches stick direction

skate figure eights

station 3
-defensive zone tactics
