offense sets up outside circle line and form a triangle. Defense sets up in the middle with stick held upside down and tries to stop shot/pass. 3 offense spin together while always moving puck and body and pass between them. If puck handler goes left, other 2 follow left, goes right = they follow right always maintaining triangle. After 3-4 passes, they look for shot opportunity.
