Coach dumps puck to O's who perform a regroup and try to bring the puck into the attacking zone.
X's perform a 1 - 2 - 2 forecheck through the neutral zone. Trying to steal puck.

Notes: Lead forechecker tries to push defense to boards and limit the cross ice pass to opposite defenseman and cross ice winger.

If play gets moved to opposite defenseman then forecheck can continue pressure with two other forwards sliding over. Or X3 can pick up pressure to defense while X1 moves to middle of neutral zone with X2 moving over.

X4 must be responsible for picking up cross ice winger if pass is made there.
