Arrange tires, cones and players as shown. The X players are for making passes only and don't rotate until coach changes the 4 passers.

On the coaches whistle the first player in line on one side make a hard " ACCURATE " pass to the X player in the corner on the same side. The X player makes a hard " ACCURATE " pass back as the player skates towards him. It is important passes are not rushed and are accurate.

Once the O player has the puck back he continues down and loops around the tire and makes a hard " ACCURATE " pass to the X player at center ice and continues to skate to the outside of the cone waiting to receive a pass back from the X player, again X should not rush the pass and the O player should be skating at top speed the entire time.

Once O player has received the return pass he cuts in and skates down to the inside hash marks and takes a quality shot.

The same drill is done by the players on the opposite side of the ice and they pace themselves by starting once the O player on the opposite side makes his pass to the center ice X player and the drill continues on.

No player is done after they take their shot, all players must race behind the net and return the the back of the line on the opposite side they started from.
