O1 - leave from behind the net with O5 skating into zone to angle O1 out against the boards just above the hash marks. O5 then circles around to do same as O1 did while O4 takes off the other way. Continuos drill with each player being angled off replace the skater that is angling. Add pucks for an advance version having the forechecker using their stick in the passing lanes to knock down the puck if passed.
