X1 takes puck through pylon course with heads up. After pylons 1 and 5 player counts fingers on coach's hands. Pylons 6-8 they do three accelerated crossovers per pylon.

O1 does the finger counting at pylons 1 and 4. Full acceleration with crossovers around pylons 5 and 6.

Players are to be chased when not accelerating. Shots must be at maximum strength.
